High Court Trust Deed Review
We have consulted with beneficiaries on changes to our Trust Deed.
We began the review two years ago and have been working with lawyers to ensure that the Trust Deed best serves our beneficiaries and reflects changing technology. Some changes have been incorporated into the amended Trust Deed dated 3rd May 2022. Further amendments have been agreed upon unanimously by Trustees and are awaiting a High Court review before being incorporated into the Trust Deed.
