The King Country Trust is to distribute $2.075m
The King Country Trust is pleased to announce that it will distribute $2.075m to consumer beneficiaries during July/August 2023.
Consumers in the Trust’s area comprising Turangi, Taumarunui, National Park, Ohakune and Ohura, as well as the surrounding rural areas, can expect to see a credit appearing on their electricity retailer power accounts over the next month.
Trustees recognise that consumers are under financial pressure now and the credits will bring some very welcome relief.
The average credit to each power account will be $190.00.
The King Country Trust holds investments on behalf of the Trust’s consumer beneficiaries and works to support our local communities.
